BOOKING POLICY

Each table seats up to 12 guests. One (1) security personnel per table is permitted and counts as a full guest toward the table's total capacity.

Minimum Consumption

The minimum consumption covers all orders from the party menu — beverages and a curated selection of snacks. Orders are limited exclusively to the party menu.

Operating Hours

Tables are open from 18:30 until 00:00. All reservations must be activated by 21:00. Bookings not activated by this time are automatically cancelled with no refund.

Dress Code

Resort Chic attire is kindly requested for all guests.

Age & Group Policy

Entry is limited to guests aged 18 and above. Mixed-gender groups are welcome.

Payment & Confirmation

Full prepayment is required to secure the reservation. We will request the cardholder's full name, the telephone number registered with the bank, and an email address for the secure payment link. All details must match the cardholder's information. AMEX is not accepted. The payment link is valid for 24 hours; payment must be completed within 30 minutes of opening it.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 2+ weeks prior: full refund · 1 week prior: 50% refund · Less than 72 hours prior: no refund. Alemagou reserves the right to modify the floor plan and layout based on operational needs and demand.
